Our Solution To The Problem
Vocational Solutions has developed a unique solution to the unsuccessful methods of traditional career counseling. Instead of trying to identify the "perfect" career for a student, we focus on helping students understand how their unique combination of interests, skills and personality can apply to a variety of careers. We also help them discover their best fit through continued education, entry-level jobs and internships. This is accomplished through on-line assessments and an individual meeting with an experienced career counselor.
Our existing program is focused on:
- Having a reliable method to ascertain the skills and interests of the student.
- Creating an environment that will assist the student in defining the skills needed to pursue their interests, and tying those interests into career goals.
- Giving the student various career options within their area of interest.
- Providing placement assistance to research and obtain employment in the fields of interest including resume writing and interview counseling.
- Creating an interactive link between employers' needs and student awareness.
In order to take advantage of this program, you will complete the following steps:

- Complete 2 on-line assessments, and forward the results to Vocational Solutions.
- Meet with the counselor.
- Follow the counselor's written recommendations.
