The Appointment
Appointments can be made for career counseling. After the initial counseling apppointment, follow-up sessions are available.
Career counseling appointments are one-on-one sessions, 2 hours in duration; the first 1.5 hours being dedicated to the student in a private session, and the remaining amount of time is spent in a joint session with the student and parent. A summary report of the session is emailed to the parent within 1 week of the appointment. The cost of a counseling session is $300.00.
Follow up sessions focus on the skills needed to find a job. Each session is approximately 1 hour long, and addresses one of the following topics:
- Resume writing
- How to fill out an employment application
- How to interview
- Job search strategies
- Making the most of job opportunities.
The cost of follow-up sessions is $75.00 per session.

Making an appointment with Vocational Solutions is accomplished in a few easy steps:
- Complete an Appointment Profile Form
- Schedule a counseling appointment.
You will receive an invoice from PayPal on our behalf. Once your credit card payment is made, you will receive a confirming e-mail with a payment receipt, the time and date of your appointment, instructions for appointment preparation, and location. Most counseling sessions are located in Ventura.
